The dancehall king of Ghana will perform live on stage at the Tema Sports Stadium. Charles Nii Armah Mensah is not the only artist who will shine tonight. Shatta Wale will perform on stage allong with Keche, Chris Waddle, Eno Barony and D’Cryme. It seems to become an impressive performance for the Ghanaian Dancehall fans. They will set Tema on fire!
The artist from Accra isn’t only known for his music (Ayoo) or his haircut, golden necklaces but also for his way of living. He calls it the Shatta Movement (also known as SM) and he is the leader of the movement. It’s a way of living without fear and the way you like like. ‘Dare to be yourself however frightening or strange that may be….’. Some of the Ghanaian youth look up to the Shatta movement. There are also some who don’t like the or the movement or the dancehall music but he has a lot of fans. Recently a fan took a haircut with the face of his idol cut on the back of his head. When the artist noticed this he gave his fan 500GHC.
