Has the battle of the Ghanaian elections 2020 already been started?

Even though the Ghanaian elections will be held in 2020 it looks like the battle towards the 2020 Ghanaian elections has already been started. The current governing New Patriotic Party should be prepared for a tough race. The opposition of the Party is definitely not leaning back.

According to the press the opposition of the NPP revealed their vision of the upcoming elections. The National Democratic Congress, also known as the NDC, announced to be very optimistic about the outcome of 2020’s  elections. The even call the elections a done deal. According to the press release the Ghanaians are getting disappointed in the NPP.

Alhaji Alhassan Suhuyini said that the NDC is preparing to win the next elections from the NPP.  Alhassan Suhuyini is the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale North Constituency. According to mister Suhuyini the NDC strategically positioning itself. He even calls the defeat of December 2016 a blessing in disguise. It made them stronger then ever. It gave the NDC a new perspective. According to the news article the NDC pulled back to regroup and renew the strategy. Now they are ready to bounce back and win the polls again. The opposition has never leaned back and rested.

The Member of Parliament agreed that being in opposition is not an easy position. But the position may not be an excuse to give up. They must continue to survive and to succeed in their mission. It has made promises to the people of Ghana and they have to keep these promises.

Though he indicated that there were flaws in the administration of the NDC, he disclosed that it was far better than what is currently pertaining in the country adding that God wanted them to have the feel of a bad government and a good one.
